The holiday is confirmed as booked when Brilliant White dispatches written confirmation that the booking form, together with the deposit (or full balance) has been received.
All correspondence shall take place between Brilliant White and the party leader. He/she shall be responsible for all payments for the party as a whole.
The final balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before departure otherwise we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled and loss of any deposits paid will then apply.
Must be notified in writing to Brilliant White.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Less than 10 weeks before departure – loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.
We can accept no liability for holidays cancelled as a result of volcanic ash cloud disruption, and no refund can be given.
Any damages must be paid for in full, prior to leaving the chalet.
