After a rather shaky start to the winter season last year, things are looking a lot more positive this time round. October was a very dry month here in the Alps, but almost overnight autumn turned to winter. We’ve been graced with a couple of heavy snowfalls already and low temperatures have meant that the snow cannons have been running almost constantly. We nipped up to Val d’Isere last weekend to get our early-season fix on their opening day. Conditions were good, although we can state with some smugness that Sainte Foy currently has more snow!
If you fancy a spur-of-the-moment getaway, we still have christmas week available in Apartment Chenalet (sleeps up to 6), self-catered for only £595! The stay runs 20th-27th December and you could be here to enjoy a beautiful white christmas with us, your family or friends. We’ve also got some early January availability in both Apartment Chenalet or fully-catered in les Noisettes. Do send us a message if you’d like to know more.
See you on the slopes!
